**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain a safe environment through correct implementation of safety policies and procedures
  • Utilize specialized tools to perform deep cleaning and disinfecting duties
  • Follow and adhere to In-Shapes Clean Approach
  • Maintain cleanliness records through Job Cards and communication logs
  • Assist in daily upkeep of club amenities
  • Assist in building our In-Shape community through a consistent member experience
  • Attend In-Shape team meetings and trainings as required

**Requirements and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with basic fitness experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Pool maintenance experience is a plus. Effective communication skills in English are essential, as well as the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and a flexible attitude are also required.

**Work Environment/Physical Demands:**

This role requires frequent walking and standing up to 8 hours/day. Team members may be exposed to cleaning chemicals or airborne particles and will be required to wear designated PPE. The estimated salary for this position is $16.25/Hr.
