Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team at S. W. Cole Engineering, Inc. in Londonderry, NH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform construction materials testing on samples of soil, concrete, masonry, asphalt, aggregate, and other materials associated with various construction projects.
  • Conduct laboratory tests and report results accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize the laboratory, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with laboratory and field technicians, interns, and managers to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and apply written testing standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and expertise.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic math skills and ability to write or type observations and test results.
  • Ability to lift and carry samples and equipment.
  • Occasional weekend work opportunities based on project needs.
