Job Responsibilities

The Groundskeeper will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through attentive care.
  • Conducting inspections of common areas and reporting any issues.
  • Maintaining the exterior grounds, including mowing and trimming.
  • Weeding and caring for flowerbeds regularly.
  • Clearing walkways during inclement weather and applying salt or sand as necessary.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a professional environment.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

  • A valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
