CompensationThe pay range for this role is between $17.00 and $20.00 per hour.

The Groundskeeper will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through attentive care.
- Conducting inspections of common areas and reporting any issues.
- Maintaining the exterior grounds, including mowing and trimming.
- Weeding and caring for flowerbeds regularly.
- Clearing walkways during inclement weather and applying salt or sand as necessary.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a professional environment.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned.
To qualify for this position, candidates must have:
- A valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
