A highly skilled Construction Superintendent is sought to oversee interior upfit projects in the Charlotte area. With a focus on commercial and healthcare spaces, this individual will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial projects. A strong understanding of OSHA safety protocols and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with subcontractors to discuss project progress, schedule changes, and design deficiencies
  • Managing site operations to ensure compliance with Prime Contracts, subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
  • Identifying and addressing project-specific issues proactively
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots
  • Communicating regularly with owners, tenant reps, construction managers, superintendents, and project coordinators

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:
