About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to adolescents with psychiatric needs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Washington Registered Nurse License - if practicing within this state
  • 1 year Nursing experience
