We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Research Psychiatric Center. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our adolescent psychiatric program.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based treatment and interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting healthy coping mechanisms and self-care strategies.
- Participate in treatment team conferences to review patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current State of practice RN licensure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- BLS certification.
- Previous clinical experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably in an inpatient setting.
