Soliant Health is Seeking a Dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist

We are currently looking for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a school district near Cleveland Heights, OH. This is a full-time position that offers 37.5 hours per week and the opportunity to work with students from Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and state standards
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' communication skills and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress and achievement
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other pertinent records
  • Adapt therapy techniques and interventions to meet the diverse needs of students across grade levels
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid Ohio state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a diverse student population
