Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to interpret and report on business operations, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop complex financial models for financial planning, assessment of current and future business opportunities, and decision-making.
  • Develop and analyze forward-looking forecasts, projections, and budgets to inform business strategy.
  • Identify and develop recommendations to address risk areas, improvement opportunities, and facilitate efficiencies.
  • Review and develop documentation for the Finance & Accounting department, including user policies and procedures, user guides, and training materials.
  • Identify and maintain organization KPIs, providing regular reports and analysis.
  • Support the monthly financial close to ensure timeliness and accuracy, reviewing accounting transactions for data accuracy and proposing corrections as needed.
  • Develop and analyze monthly historical financial data trend analysis, identifying favorable and unfavorable trends, related implications, and recommendations.
  • Prepare insightful and concise action-oriented commentary and analysis to accompany all deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships across the organization to understand business drivers, goals, and needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with professional and regulatory changes and requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • PowerBI/Tableau experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
