Assembler Position Overview

The Assembler role at Medix is a 3-month contract-to-hire position with a leading engine and generator manufacturer. In this position, you will be responsible for assembling large generators and enclosure systems used for backup power at hospitals and data centers. A 4-week training program will be provided to learn the assembly process from ground up using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete the 4-week training program on generator and enclosure assembly
  • Work with hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
  • Assemble power generator casings, including alternators, brackets, flywheels, motor mounts, starters, and harnesses
