In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing trade and consumer programs for major chain stores and key accounts. Your duties will include collaborating with various teams, managing budgets, overseeing program execution, and supporting strategic planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design effective trade and consumer programs aligned with corporate strategies
  • Collaborate with key account and portfolio teams to address market challenges and opportunities
  • Manage budget, agency partnerships, and program production details
  • Ensure timely production of program materials and communication assets
  • Work cross-functionally to develop compliant and impactful plans
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in Trade & Consumer marketing
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
