Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and direct the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
  • Inspect, maintain, and evaluate the use of space and facilities.
  • Perform audits to support facility planning.
  • Develop long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements and documentation for facilities.
  • Formulate and coordinate program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and associated documents.
  • Act as liaison to public utility, environmental, and energy agencies.
  • Oversee the coordination of building space allocation, layout, and communication services.
  • Oversee and direct maintenance personnel and workers engaged in equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance.
  • Assist with rental property repairs.
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance, purchasing, and ongoing processes.
  • Assist with fuel and travel programs.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Obtain and maintain Class A CDL and Driver's License.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Three to five years related experience and/or training.
  • Valid driver's license and/or CDL Class A.
  • Forklift Certification.
Working Environment

Inside or outside buildings (rooftops, offices, parking lots, shops, and garages). Will be exposed to weather (hot, cold, or inclement) and will be required to travel, though rarely overnight.
