Senior ER Registrar Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ER Registrar to join our team at White Plains Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating our ER Registrar team on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the ER Registrar team to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
- Assist the Supervisor and Manager with daily departmental activities to ensure departmental standards are regularly met.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Service, Patient Access, and Monitoring, to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and job satisfaction.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving excellent patient outcomes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
