Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about our products and our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a unique shopping experience for our customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with outstanding service. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, processing POS transactions, and ensuring that store standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize Lovesac's proprietary selling process to provide each customer with outstanding service
  • Offer additional financing options to customers
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns
  • Partner with store management to ensure customer service issues are resolved
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandising, marketing, and store cleanliness
  • Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally
  • Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects employees, peers, and customers
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to use and operate all equipment required, including iPad, laptop, etc.

About the Role
