Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment: Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs, plans of care, goals, and discharge plans for patients with occupational therapy needs.
- Treatment Planning and Provision of Care: Implement occupational therapy treatment plans, select appropriate treatment activities, and revise goals and plans of care with patient and family input.
- Documentation: Document evaluations, plans of care, and treatment sessions according to departmental guidelines.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensure: Occupational Therapist licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
