Job Summary

">

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician/RBT to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering one-on-one naturalistic play-based therapy in-clinic, taking and graphing data to document success stories, and implementing specified programs/procedures.

Responsibilities

">
  • Taking and graphing data to document progress and success stories
  • Delivering direct one-on-one naturalistic play-based therapy in-clinic
  • Implementing specified programs and procedures as directed
  • Communicating regularly and professionally with your Program Supervisor
  • Attending team meetings and trainings
  • Daily positive engagement with families
  • Advancing your career and professional development

Requirements

">
  • A passion for helping those with autism
  • A desire to be a lifelong learner
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a great team and collaborate with motivated professionals
  • A Bachelor's Degree (or in progress) in the area of Psychology, Special Education, Speech, or a related field is preferred
  • The ability to be dependable, creative, innovative, and energetic

Compensation

">

The estimated salary for this position is $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. With flexible scheduling, paid time off, and holidays, you'll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy your free time and pursue your passions outside of work.
