Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Jenks, Oklahoma. As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will be responsible for the direct implementation and collaboration of patients, working closely with our behavior analysts to ensure quality therapeutic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Assessment and Patient Care: Perform thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and appropriateness of care. Develop and implement individualized Plans of Care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, including progress notes and other clinical records.
• Therapy Implementation and Evaluation: Assess and facilitate patient functional mobility, safety issues, and adaptive equipment use. Implement, monitor, collect, and evaluate data to inform treatment efficacy and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Training and Education: Provide effective training to parents and staff on therapy techniques and strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Current State License as an Occupational Therapist
• TWO years of direct service work in a treatment setting for patients preferred
• Experience working with individuals with autism preferred

Benefits and Compensation

This is a Full-Time, hybrid role with available medical benefits, 401(k) with company match, and PTO. The estimated annual salary for this position is $$65,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
