Under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or Physician, you will contribute to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis. Your responsibilities will include performing plan of care interventions, such as specimen collection and wound care, and documenting patient care given. You will also monitor, document, and communicate patient status and reactions to interventions with the healthcare team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

Collect data for patient assessment and analysis
Perform plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care
Document patient care given
Monitor and communicate patient status and reactions to interventions
Work as an advocate for patient physical and emotional well-being

Requirements:

LPN education and licensure required
Critical thinking skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
1 year LPN experience required, with experience in Family Practice and/or Specialty Physician Clinic preferred
