Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

TK Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing exceptional healthcare services to inmates in a correctional facility.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting health assessments.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in health education and promotion activities to support the overall well-being of inmates.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
