Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical ICU team as a Nurse Resident I. As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment, working alongside experienced nurses and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Medical ICU, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Participate in a residency core curriculum, tailored to your individual learning needs, to develop your skills and knowledge in nursing practice.
- Establish and maintain priorities for patient care activities, ensuring continuity of safe and effective care.
- Respond to data indicating risk to individual's health and initiate action to correct, reduce, or prevent the risk.
- Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
