Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our Manufacturing team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of intermediates and finished products in a controlled GMP environment. Experience in reagent filling and packaging under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filling and sealing of components using manual and automated equipment
  • Labeling printing, labeling, and kit assembly
  • Quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Supporting other manufacturing activities, such as simple buffers and reagents formulation
  • Maintaining organized production areas and labs
  • Participating in laboratory maintenance, including cleaning and routine housekeeping
  • Tracking manufacturing supplies and consumables inventory
  • Complying with all work instructions under the Quality System
  • Adhering to laboratory safe practices and maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements
  • AA degree in a scientific field or HS degree with relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and maintain detailed manufacturing records
  • Meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills
  • Strong team player with a willingness to learn new techniques and concepts
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and deliver expected results
  • Good time management skills and previous experience with inventory management systems
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a standing position for long periods

The hourly range for this full-time temporary position is $25-$30, depending on location, experience, and education. Our company offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
