Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers, adhering to established guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our bar area.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, maintaining established pars and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on state liquor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Perform sidework duties as scheduled, maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Qualifications

Education/Formal Training

Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified

Experience

6 months bartending experience

Knowledge/Skills

Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include lifting trays and equipment, pushing carts, and continuous standing. Ability to bend, kneel, and climb stairs is also required.
