Seasonal Park Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Seasonal Park Assistant. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in park maintenance and customer service while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to park patrons, resolving complaints and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with park maintenance tasks, including landscaping, janitorial, and equipment operation.
- Collect and account for fees in park day use and campground areas, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Enforce park rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for visitors.
- Collaborate with park rangers and other staff members to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred.
- Previous customer service or park maintenance experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
This position requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting, as well as exposure to inclement weather and potential hazards. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations is essential.
