Job Summary

IntelyCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a COVID-19 Field Medical Staff. As a RN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including assisted living facilities (ALFs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and other post-acute care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer nursing care to residents in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care facilities
  • Work with residents and medical staff to devise care plans that meet their individual needs
  • Ensure residents receive the right personalized treatments and medications
  • Explain best options for care with residents and their family members
  • Consult with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Set up and monitor medical equipment
  • Oversee compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
  • Document and check the accuracy of interventions and medical histories
  • Perform fluid sample draws for lab work
  • Lead the training and supervision of nursing staff
Requirements
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • Experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
