Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in picking and processing orders, meeting or exceeding daily and weekly targets.
  • Operate Electric Stand-up Forklift safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Restock and replenish inventory as needed, ensuring accurate and efficient storage and retrieval of products.
  • Perform general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, kneel, and climb, with regular exposure to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
