Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Alternative Community Resource Programs Inc. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity, while maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting clients, and managing paperwork.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to clerical staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least three years of administrative experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
