Job Summary

The Office Manager position at Alternative Community Resource Programs Inc is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to oversee the daily operations of our office. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting clients, and managing paperwork.
  • Supervise clerical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and solve problems, making informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least three years of administrative experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, and paid time off.
