About the Role

As a Swim Instructor at Foss Swim School, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children by teaching them the valuable skill of swimming. Our Swim Path curriculum is designed to provide a fun and engaging learning experience for students of all ages and skill levels.

We are seeking a passionate and safety-conscious individual who is comfortable working in a pool setting and has a positive attitude and high energy. Responsibilities

  • Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Manage a class of 1-4 students and provide hands-on instruction
  • Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment
  • Build partnerships with students and their parents or guardians
  • Support and demonstrate our four Cultural Pillars: Connect, Collaborate, Empower, Belong
