We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Foss Swim School

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote water safety and confidence in the water.
  • Build strong relationships with students and their families, providing a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching team.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Comfortable working in a pool setting.
  • Positive attitude and high energy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with children is preferred.
