About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pediatric ophthalmologist to join our dynamic team at Norton Children's Advanced Eye Care. As a board-certified/board-eligible pediatric ophthalmologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing and vibrant pediatric ophthalmology program, promoting innovation and passion for the care of children with eye issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery for children with eye conditions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects to advance the field of pediatric ophthalmology
  • Teach and mentor residents and technicians in the art and science of pediatric ophthalmology
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures to ensure excellence in patient care
