Pediatric Care Opportunities

We are seeking compassionate and skilled caregivers to join our team at The Kidz Club PPEC, a pediatric skilled nursing facility. Our caregivers play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with medical complexities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct client care, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting independence.
  • Develop and implement daily schedules that encourage engagement in developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and program coordinators to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic charting systems.
  • Childcare and/or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Current negative Tuberculosis test (PPD) and CPR (Basic Life Support) certification required.
