Key Responsibilities:

The Processor collaborates with the Sales team to ensure that all loans within their designated pipelines are efficiently managed throughout the loan production process. This position is responsible for prioritizing daily tasks and conducting thorough due diligence to guarantee that each loan is processed with quality, timeliness, and efficiency. The Processor will also establish communication with all relevant third parties involved in the transaction, including the designated Title Company and Appraisal Management Company. Furthermore, this role requires close interaction with internal departments such as Underwriting, Secondary, Closing, and Post-Closing.

Main Duties:
  • Initiate and maintain effective communication with Borrowers as needed.
  • Engage proactively with all third-party stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on any loan conditions received from Sales.
  • Process all loans in accordance with established Service Level Agreements.
  • Perform necessary tasks to resolve all assigned Processing Conditions.
  • Ensure all files are processed according to the pre-closing checklist.
  • Maintain satisfactory monthly quality metrics.
  • Coordinate all closing requests from the Sales team.
  • Audit files for compliance throughout the loan process, including RESPA/GFE, applicable State/Federal regulations, TILA, and other required disclosures.
  • Prepare loan files for final review by the Processing Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous processing experience is essential.
