About this Role:

This position involves leading and conducting IT audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Lead complex audit engagements, including risk assessment, scoping, and documentation of results.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports clearly communicating findings and recommendations to management.
  • Monitor and follow-up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions are taken and are effective.
  • Provide mentoring to team members and contribute to their development plan(s).
  • Collaborate with Senior and Mid-level management to discuss audit/project results.
Requirements:

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Accounting or related field. With minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the insurance industry.
