Job Description

**Job Title:** Java Technical Lead

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of our Java-based applications, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and meet the company's architectural goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture and Design: Examine and define current architecture systems, designing scalable architecture systems for Java-based applications, and identifying hardware and software infrastructure needs to accommodate the company's architectural goals.
  • System Development: Troubleshoot design flaws and system bottlenecks, perform validation tests to ensure the flexibility and scalability of the Java environment, and assist the software design team with application integration.
  • System Performance and Testing: Conduct system performance tests, complete systems reports, and provide supervision and direction to team members and staff.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot, Spring JPA, and a strong understanding of relational databases (writing SQL/Stored Procedures). Confident in using Git and GitLab CI/CD Pipeline.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide supervision and direction to team members and staff, delegate, coach, coordinate, and lead co-workers and project team members.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems (Design Pattern Driver Implementation), Apache Kafka, Angular, Docker, and Kubernetes, AWS, Java API Management & Microservices, Java Project Management/Program Manager, Agile knowledge, Spring Boot, Reactive, Microservices, ReactJS.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot, Spring JPA.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (writing SQL/Stored Procedures).
  • Confident in using Git and GitLab CI/CD Pipeline.
  • Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems (Design Pattern Driver Implementation).
  • Leadership and collaboration skills.
