We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Recreation Aid to join our team at the Fort Bliss Rod and Gun Club. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our patrons.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

As a Recreation Aid, you will be responsible for providing instructions on rules and safety of the ranges, stocking clay target machines, cleaning and maintaining the ranges, and assisting customers with various activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in the lives of our visitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess good customer service skills, knowledge and ability to use a computer and cash register, and have at least 6 months experience performing related duties. You must also be 18 years of age and have a valid motor vehicle license.
