Job Summary

This position is located at Ft. Bliss Youth Sports and Fitness. The main goal is to ensure the well-being and safety of participants in various sports activities. Management has the right to assign staff to locations as mission requires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspecting playing surfaces before contests to ensure they are properly configured and safe
  • Enforcing rules during games and ensuring a positive experience for players
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for participants
  • Serving as a positive role model and leader during sports events
Requirements
  1. Substantial knowledge of the sport's rules, either through documented training or extensive experience coaching or playing
  2. Possession of a valid license or recognized national association credential or certificate for sports officials
  3. Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)

Additional requirements may apply based on individual states, municipalities, or installations.
