Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Special Education Teacher to join our team at Clover Park School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational services to students with special needs in a preschool setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
  • Provide instruction and support to students in a preschool setting
  • Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach to student education
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Washington State teaching certification in Special Education
  • Experience working with students with special needs in a preschool setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
