We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiac Intensive Care team at Mitchell Martin. As a critical care expert, you will play a vital role in providing world-class care to patients undergoing complex cardiac surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex patient cases requiring mechanical support such as ECMO, Impella, and VAD
  • Perform advanced modes of mechanical ventilation
  • Conduct routine and emergency procedures such as central lines, dialysis catheters, and arterial lines
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination

Requirements:

  • Master's prepared Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Pennsylvania licensure and certification as an ACNP or PA-C
  • Critical care experience
  • BLS and ACLS required
