Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers
• Convince customers with attractive product presentation, competent advice, and courteous service
• Implement ideas for measures that inspire customers to buy our products
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with attention to detail
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a positive shopping experience

Requirements:

• Vocational training or work experience in the food retail industry or (system) gastronomy
• Enthusiasm for retail and enjoyment of working with people
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
