Job Summary:

Nexus Dynamics is seeking a skilled Butcher's Shop Salesperson for the Fresh Counter to join our team. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our fresh food products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Presentation and Advice: Create an attractive product display and provide customers with expert advice on our meat, sausage, cheese, fresh fish, and delicatessen offerings.
• Refinement and Portioning: Demonstrate finesse in the refinement and portioning of meat, sausage, cheese, baked goods, and delicatessen to ensure high-quality products.
• Customer Engagement: Implement ideas to inspire customers to purchase our products and ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Hygiene and Compliance: Maintain precise attention to hygiene regulations and ensure a clean and safe shopping environment.

Requirements:

• Industry Experience: Ideally, you have vocational training or work experience in the food retail industry or (system) gastronomy, or you are a career changer with knowledge of food.
• Customer Focus: You possess strong customer orientation and communication skills, with a passion for retail and working with people.
