Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the timely and accurate preparation of payroll, including wages, withholdings, and garnishments.

This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll in UKG Pro software
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll-related documents
  • Responsible for the accuracy of HRIS payroll items, including time clocks, data accuracy, and tax jurisdiction setup
  • Manage reporting tools for HRIS
  • Coordinate garnishments for child support
  • Assist with general ledger accounting and daily 401k management
  • Provide exceptional customer service to managers, employees, and agencies
  • Identify areas for process improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience processing payroll
  • Experience with payroll processing using UKG or multiple HRIS platforms
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification and a degree in a relevant field are preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills, specifically V Look-ups and pivot tables
  • Able to work independently

Compensation:$65,000-$75,000 per year

Work Environment:100% on-site at Willory, LLC with potential for flexibility down the road
