About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Payroll Clerk to join our team at Recruit Monitor. This is a remote work opportunity that requires strong communication skills, data entry experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description

As a Virtual Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting daily labor into the Corporate Time & Attendance Management System (CTAMS) from labor distribution forms. You will also perform various clerical duties, including filing, typing, and maintaining office files. Additionally, you will review and input reports into various database systems and run reports from these databases as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inputting data into CTAMS from labor distribution forms
  • Maintaining electronic files using Adobe Acrobat
  • Performing filing, typing, and other clerical duties
  • Reviewing and inputting reports into database systems
  • Running reports from various databases
Requirements:
  • A four-year high school diploma or its equivalent
  • Experience with data entry
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience using Payroll Distribution Systems (i.e. Kronos)
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, along with an excellent benefits package that includes full medical coverage, dental coverage, vision care, life insurance, comprehensive sick leave benefits, deferred compensation, vacation/personal leave days, transportation pass privileges, tuition assistance reimbursement, and a pension plan.
