- Administer and maintain NMS, including operating systems and related software.
- Provide 'on call' support to resolve NMS issues after normal business hours.
- Work with database administrators to configure, tune, and maintain databases in various languages.
- Document systems configurations and upgrades.
- Monitor and assist in managing applications, device availability, network conditions, and status.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Basic ability to conduct design sessions to specify solution designs for feasibility, cost, and functionality.
- Basic ability to create detailed documentation to functionally understand new and existing applications.
- Basic ability to follow and implement established change and control policies and procedures.
- Basic ability to troubleshoot application problems.
- Basic knowledge of development tools, application frameworks, and testing tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

This role will be based in an office environment.

A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.
The base pay for this position generally is between $66,500.00 and $127,000.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
We comply with local wage minimums and offer additional forms of incentive-based compensation, such as bonuses.
