Ludlow Public Schools seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct teaching to students based on principles of applied behavior analysis.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral sciences, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Behavioral, Education, Psychology, or related field. A minimum of three years of successful work experience in the field of ABA is required, with RBT certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide direct teaching to students based on principles of applied behavior analysis
  • Implement behavior plans prepared and maintained by supervising behavioral professionals
  • Model implementation of behavior strategies
  • Provide daily documentation of interactions with identified service participants
Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff. Advanced educational preparation in Special Education is desired, but not required.

Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include personal service contracts and negotiated salaries.
