Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous interactions.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driving revenue growth and contributing to the store's success.
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient operations.
  • Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications, demonstrating expertise and attention to detail.
  • Stock shelves and set up displays, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Clean store equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Load/unload delivery trucks, assisting with inventory management and logistics.
  • Assist in making deliveries, as needed, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, adhering to company standards and expectations.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and making recommendations to customers.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate tracking and management of inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
