About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on Sherwin-Williams products
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences

  • Stay up-to-date on product features, promotions, and visual standards, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for customers
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and at least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
  • High school diploma or equivalent and previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
