As a Safety and Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptional security and life safety services. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a secure environment for both individuals and property.

Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Saturday: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Compensation: $18.15 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit a professional demeanor while assisting customers, employees, visitors, and guests.
- Maintain a visible presence within the assigned facility.
- Monitor the premises to identify any suspicious or unsafe activities.
- Become familiar with the flow of traffic and the individuals on-site.
- Greet all individuals in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism.
- Authorize access for individuals and oversee entry and exit points.
- Understand and enforce facility policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, either on foot or in a vehicle.
- Observe personnel leaving the premises to prevent theft and ensure compliance with property removal policies.
- Adhere to established emergency protocols.
- Monitor alarm systems and respond accordingly.
- Document incidents, accidents, and any suspicious activities as required.
The specific duties may vary based on the assigned location.
Qualifications:
- PERC certification.
- Reliable communication and transportation methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and incident reports.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
