Salary and Benefits
This job opportunity comes with a competitive guaranteed base salary and production bonus (up to 25% of base). Additionally, we offer a signing bonus, relocation assistance, and retention bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, life, and long-term disability insurance, malpractice insurance, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 403(b) tax-deferred annuity and 457(b) deferred compensation retirement plan.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding outpatient Primary Care practice in NW Ohio. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a full spectrum population (pediatric to adult patients). This role offers flexibility in scheduling options: week on/week off, block schedule (28 days x 10 hour shifts), or 3-5 days with 8-hour/10-hour/12-hour shifts. The maximum number of light phone calls per day is one call every three patients.

Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year
