Sterilization Specialist

Precision Orthodontics is seeking a highly skilled Sterilization Technician to join our team. As a key member of our orthodontic team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and sterile environment for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, including autoclaves, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Inspect and clean medical equipment and instruments to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper function.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure timely and efficient sterilization of equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring patient safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification in dental sterilization techniques (preferred).
- Knowledge of infection control practices and sterilization processes.
- Previous experience as a sterile technician or in a dental office setting (preferred).
