Assembly Operator

Role Overview:

Spherion Mid Ohio, in partnership with a well-established industry leader, is seeking highly motivated assembly operators to join their team in Dundee, OH.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a respected and innovative local manufacturer that offers a complete line of residential, commercial, and industrial door systems.


Available Shifts:
Monday-Thursday: 1st shift - 5:30am - 4:00pm, 2nd shift - 4:00pm - 3:30am (overtime as needed)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr (1st shift), $19.00/hr (2nd shift)

Work Environment:
A brightly lit, clean, organized, and team-oriented environment with advancement opportunities and room to grow within the company.

Job Description:
Assemble products to specifications according to blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Use power and hand tools, and a tape measure, to meet production standards. Must be comfortable standing for 10 hours and able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly, 30 lbs frequently.

Requirements:
1-3 months of assembly-related experience, ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, frequent bending, pushing/pulling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Good attendance, eye-hand coordination, and dependability are essential.
