Job Description:

  • Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the features and benefits of all equipment offered for sale by Kingline Equipment. Be familiar with machinery operations and effectively instruct customers as needed.
  • Sales Management: Independently manage the sales process for each sales opportunity, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct field demonstrations and events to showcase equipment capabilities and build customer relationships.
  • Financial Guidance: Stay current on financing options available to customers and assist them in securing purchases of new and used goods.
  • Delivery & Support: Manage the delivery process for sold equipment and provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitive activity and products, providing regular reports to management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate customer information for sales management purposes.
  • Sales Process Adherence: Follow a defined sales process to ensure consistent and effective sales practices.
  • Online Lead Response: Respond promptly and professionally to online leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Market Trend Awareness: Stay informed about consumer activity trends and report findings to management.
  • Used Equipment Valuation: Maintain knowledge of used equipment values and the ability to accurately evaluate equipment for trading purposes.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training programs as required by Kingline Equipment.
